Returns Policy

At Fan Nexus, we want you to shop with confidence knowing that every product is officially licensed, premium quality, and shipped locally from Australia.  If something isn’t right, we're here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns for unused, unworn, unwashed, and unopened items in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To arrange a return, please contact us first for instructions before sending your item back.  Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  We recommend using tracked postage for your protection.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method only.
  • Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. 

Exchanges

  • If you ordered the wrong size or design, we’re happy to arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • Exchange must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please contact us to confirm exchange options before returning your item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Used towels, ponchos, or blankets
  • Personalised or custom products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • In the rare event that you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return postage costs and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
